If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at destinedmond@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly send a replacement if approved.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

No exchanges or returns for wrong sizing — please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering.
